Issue # 001 - SUDDENLY! A Wild Thing Appears! [Action]
Falling dreams are normal. You lock up with a start in your bed whenever you hit the ground, blink up at the ceiling before rolling over and going back to bed. Or you wake up mid fall, hit the carpet, groan, then climb back in to fall asleep again. Or try to. They're universal. If you can fall or fly or know of the concept- you can have a falling dream.
Ben Grimm has flying dreams, most often. Not the ones where you sail along in the middle of nowhere in nothing but your pajamas- flight dreams of controls and cockpits and the thrill of the test. Pushing a carefully crafted machine to the limit and then some. Twisting mid air and hitting the highest peak before plummeting down with all the weight of gravity wrapping around his gut and giving it a solid yank. That's his kind of falling dream.
Normally when he has them, he wakes up when he hits the ground.
Waking up mid fall is odd.
Waking up literally mid-air?
A revolt'n development.
He can't see or hear past the rush of wind, can't really get a good look at the ground beyond an impression of trees, houses, water way out over to the side. No sign of Reed, Sue, or Johnny. Nowhere soft to land either.
"Aw $%#@%!"
The landing's rough. He's had rougher, but he thinks he skips a few times. Barrels through a few trees. Clips a building, glances off a roof somewhere. Lands in...he has no idea. But the wall shears open like tissue paper and he finally rumbles to a stop, swearing in a low, gravely voice.
"...hate when that happens."
[ooc: Break time if you like, Ben can land anywhere and everywhere- in your home, in front of your place of business, in the fountain. Find him wherever you want! Break time!]

[Sue plays a certain recording from a few months ago]
They're obviously loonier than Bentley, maybe even Victor.
[action]
[He listens and glares down at the book, more than a little irked.]
Nowhere near as hammy, though.
[action]
I kinda get the feeling they expect that they're in complete control, but apparently their own organization has some sort of civil war.

I'm not above using Victor, you know that.

You may wanna look around more, see if you can find anything else that fits.
[action]
[He shrugs and goes through the bins, then the racks, always moving slow and careful to avoid knocking anything over. He had to think about it more here than he normally would, and it bugs him.
Still. Finds a few jeans. Shorts. T-shirts. One Hawaiian. Things from his own closet, and that weirds him out.]
They pack my things for me when they brought me here?
[action]
[She shrugs and looks through some clothing racks herself, grabbing some new socks from a bin]
We'll check the item shop next I think.
[action]
[Not useless, but he didn't see much reason t'have those just yet. He folds up what he's found and nods to Sue.]
I'm right behind ya.
[action]
[She leads the way over to the item shop and opens the door. This one had specifically been rebuilt with the Hulk in mind, so...no problems there]
Lots of junk around here.
[action]
[It had looked tidy enough from the eyefull he'd gotten up top.]
To us, maybe. If Stretch were here he'd grab the silliest stuff and put t'gether something that'd rearrange matter.
[action]
[That's exactly what Reed would say...]
[action]
[He reaches over to rest a hand on her head. Ruffle her hair carefully.]
Real cute.
[action]
[She grabs her own cheek and stretches it just a bit, and in a mock Reed voice...]
Fascinating.

[action]
[action]
[That, well, that earns her a big one armed hug.]
[action]
See anything that catches your eye, grab it. Its all free anyway.
